Our club is all-inclusive and welcomes children, adults and families to train with us.

We are affiliated to Rengokai Karate Organisation.

We are Zerina and Sheryl, two friends and fellow instructors with fifty years of training experience between us.

We set up our Club in early 2022.

We are both fully insured with Enhanced DBS Clearance.  

We both have Safeguarding Level 2 Certificates,

and Emergency First Aid Certificates.

Saturdays at Lyndhurst Community Centre

0900 - 1000 : Ladies Self Defence

1000 - 1100 : Children's Class

1100 - 1200 : Family Group Class

1200 - 1300 : Adults & Black Belts

Wednesdays at New Forest Small School  

1800 - 1900 : General Class​
